We are convinced of the necessity of “life-long learning”. Given the magnitude of the social challenges we face, as adults we need to have the requisite courage and openness to accept new tasks and muster the resolve to master them.

Accordingly, we carry out training projects both at home and abroad, in which we are all there to learn and together to look for new ideas through:

  • teamwork
  • passing on know-how
  • expanding our know-how
  • interdisciplinary processes
  • exchange among colleagues and sharing the experiences and impressions of others

We feel that in all that the encouragement of individual creativity is especially important. It enables us to be open to the unknown, the unfamiliar, the new, and to expand our own boundaries.

In our trainings the participants are mainly people who will be working with children affected by some kind of disaster or with children in particularly challenging circumstances.
